Molly Markley concentrates her practice on trademark, copyright and advertising law. She represents clients in obtaining trademark and copyright registrations in the US and throughout the world. She represents clients in infringement disputes and appears regularly in trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Ms. Markley also advises clients with respect to Internet domain names.
Industry Experience
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Markley was employed at the Art Institute of Chicago.
