Mr. Hayek concentrates his practice on intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on patent prosecution in the areas of software and the Internet. He also concentrates on technology licensing, transactional and corporate matters.
Industry Experience
Mr. Hayek is a seasoned software executive with more than 30 years of industry experience. He held several roles and brought to market compelling and innovative products. In his last role, prior to joining Young Basile, Mr. Hayek was Vice President of Product Management where he was responsible for large R&D, QA, and Product Management teams. He has extensive experience with, among other areas, enterprise software, internet technologies, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), and to a lesser extent, Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Internet of Things (IoT).
