Mr. Keller’s practice focuses on patent law. He has written and prosecuted patent applications in a variety of fields, including wireless networks, cloud computing, image and video processing, speech recognition and wearable electronics. Mr. Keller’s experience includes working on design verification at AMD, coding firmware for pipelined architecture processors with specialized instruction sets (some parts coded in C and some computationally intensive routines hand-coded in assembly) at 8×8 Inc. and prosecuting patent applications regarding microprocessor design.
He has worked on re-examinations of patents in the USPTO. He has also litigated in various U.S. District Courts, the 1st Circuit and the Federal Circuit. Prior to joining Young Basile, Mr. Keller practiced with a national intellectual property firm.
Industry Experience
Mr. Keller has over six years of experience as an engineer and entrepreneur in the wearable electronics, defense and telecommunications industries. He has experience with signal processing, digital communications, machine learning, PCB design and layout and developing embedded software for real-time applications.
