Jeffrey D. Wilson

Mr. Wilson leads Young Basile’s national litigation practice. He litigates commercial, intellectual property and employment disputes in federal and state courts throughout the country for multinational corporate clients as well as local Michigan businesses. He also co-chairs the firm’s dental service organization (“DSO”) service group, which has handled dozens of dental practice acquisitions throughout the country.

Mr. Wilson has lead trial counsel in federal, state and appellate courts and administrative tribunals in over 20 U.S. jurisdictions. He has litigated commercial and IP matters for 20 years involving contract disputes, patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, copyright, trademark and general civil litigation for clients in manufacturing, technology, health care and financial services.

Mr. Wilson also represents management clients in all aspects of labor and employment law. This includes defense of employment lawsuits, class action wage and hour claims, and counseling employers on legal compliance. Mr. Wilson is an adjunct professor of employment law at Wayne State University Law School, was an attorney for the National Labor Relations Board and lectures extensively on litigation and employment issues throughout the country.
