Ms. Farina focuses her practice on portfolio management and patent preparation and prosecution in a range of technologies including consumer electronics, automotive systems, computer software, and alternative fuels.

She also provides strategic counseling and litigation support, generates patentability, clearance, validity, and infringement opinions, and provides portfolio valuation and landscapes by leveraging patent analytical tools.

Ms. Farina develops patent strategies for clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies.

Industry Experience

Ms. Farina has over a decade of experience at Chrysler and General Dynamics. Her engineering experience is in the technical areas of vehicle aerodynamics, automotive component design, military communication and control systems, vehicle racing, vehicle electronics, and medical devices.

Her project management experience includes contract negotiations, purchasing, component cost optimization, and international product launch coordination.
