Ms. Klancnik focuses her practice on patent preparation and prosecution for domestic and international clients with a focus on chemicals, materials and life sciences.
Prior to joining Young Basile, Ms. Klancnik served as the acting assistant general counsel and attorney-advisor in the Office of the General Counsel of the United States International Trade Commission. Ms. Klancnik also practiced as an associate at Foley & Lardner and was a clerk for the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
While pursuing her degrees in chemical engineering, Ms. Klancnik worked in the Bounty Papermaking division of Proctor & Gamble and in the Formulation Science Division of Exxon Chemical.
